Which payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro), Paypal and bank transfer.
Are payments on your website secure?
Yes! Payments comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction.
Can I return items?
Goods can be returned at the buyer's expense ( shipping costs, tax and duties ) within 30 days of receipt. The exchange is only possible for unworn items and in original packaging (gift envelope, silk bag, envelope with raw cashmere). Should you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I modify/change my order after it has been placed?
It is possible to cancel the order before it is fulfilled so that you can place a new order. But unfortunately, we are not able to modify an order once it is placed.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery
Unless otherwise provided in connection with the presentation of the goods concerned, or stated by Story1961 during the checkout process, we will charge shipping charges for each purchase order. You may obtain information on the then-valid shipping charges below. These charges will also be shown on the purchase order form.
- Spain: Free
- Europe: 19€ (Free from 300€)
- UK: 29€ (Free from 300€)
- All remaining countries: 39€
When shipping to other countries excluding European Union Countries our customers should note, that additional charges, taxes and custom duties may arise. These additional costs are to be payed by the customer.
Delivery periods that we indicate are computed starting on the date of our order confirmation, provided, however, that the purchase price has been paid and we have obtained a valid shipping address. Unless no delivery period or a deviating delivery period is indicated for the respective goods during the checkout process, the following shall apply:
- Spain: 2-5 business day
- Europe and UK: 5-10 business days
- All remaining countries: 5-10 business days
We partner with some couriers companies for all our deliveries throughout the world. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are delays and restrictions for some countries.
- National (Spain): We work with MRW and CorreoExpress.
- International (Rest of the World): We work with FedEx and UPS.
